Raghav Juyal has been making headlines following the release of Aryan Khan’s ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’, where he shared the screen with Emraan Hashmi and Ranveer Singh. In a recent interview, the actor revealed some behind-the-scenes moments from the show.
On-screen chemistry with Emraan Hashmi
Speaking to Bollywood Bubble, Raghav opened up about how his on-screen chemistry with Emraan started. He said, “Puraani saari heroines fail kardi na maine unki… mera aur Emraan ka jo hua hai, bas kiss baki reh gayi thi” (My chemistry with him was better than his previous heroines. Only a kiss was left to do).Raghav revealed that the shivering and crying seen in his scenes with Emraan happened spontaneously. “He (the character) is vulnerable. He wants to cry; he cries. Even in his emotional scenes, he felt so hard ki jab thappad bhi padhta hai (he felt so intense that even when slapped, he absorbed it fully), he is that character.”He also shared how he learned the Arabic lyrics from the song “Kaho Naa Kaho”: “Lyrics toh chalte phirte, gaadi mein khaate peete, mein so raha hota tha aur uthte hi gaata tha, toh mera driver darr jaata tha ki ‘Bhai kya hogaya?’” (I learned those lyrics while walking, eating in the car, or even sleeping. Whenever I sang, my driver would get startled and ask, ‘What happened?’).
Fun on set with Ranveer Singh
Raghav also spoke about the energy on set with Ranveer Singh, saying, “Aur 2 ambulances bhi mangayi hui thi ki jyada takra-vakra naa jaaye kyuki itni energy thi uss din set pe. Bada crazy tha woh.” (There were even two ambulances on set to avoid any accidents because there was so much energy that day. It was quite crazy).
