The International League T20 (ILT20) is gearing up for its first-ever player auction for Season 4. This new approach replaces the earlier direct signing system, introducing an exciting and competitive auction process.Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming auction:

Auction format and rules
The auction will feature a total of 78 players, with each of the six franchises—Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, Desert Vipers, Dubai Capitals, Gulf Giants, MI Emirates, and Sharjah Warriorz—allowed to pick up to 13 players. Player registrations closed on 10 September 2025.
Team purse and budget
Each franchise has a fixed auction purse of USD 1.5 million (approximately Rs 12 crore). This budget is allocated to acquire players, with the flexibility to balance between marquee signings and emerging talents.
